Jill started her career at her family’s plumbing business and credits her dad for her love for the business to this day. “He gifted me with the talent and taught me from the ground up.” Four decades later, she’s doing remodeling projects for $12 million homes. Her most memorable project was designing her own log cabin home filled with everything she loved – a vintage Kohler IV Georges faucet, burgundy rose tile murals, and a hand-painted peony vessel sink. Jill feels proud when customers share their appreciation for her designs, and she’s so grateful for the camaraderie of the SPLASH design team. Jill loves dancing, gardening, and antiquing. When she's not hanging with her work family, you’ll find her spending time with her husband and their two pitbulls, Kona and Shelby.

Sally started her career in marketing and business, and while working at the International Interior Design Association in Chicago, her interest drifted to design. She began in kitchen and bath design, then moved into commercial flooring before landing in her current role as tile specialist at SPLASH. She loves the visual impact made by natural stone and large-format tiles and how final details like trim can truly take a project to the next level. Her design influences come from her time abroad in the Middle East. Dream products for her own home include the BainUltra hydrotherapy tub or upgrading to a Crosswater bidet toilet. Sally excels at solving design challenges. She loves matching tile to existing flooring and pulling together finishes across an open-concept space. Sally also does personal color consultations and is a trained ballet dancer. She loves spending time with her dog Penny, who serves as a constant source of laughter.

Taylor has a background in house flipping, fashion, and interior design. Known for her custom work, she draws and designs one-of-a-kind vanities and statement pieces, adding that “design only works if the layout makes sense. It’s not just about making it pretty — it has to live well, too.” Taylor was the on-site project manager and designer for the Nicklas Supply expansion, where she coordinated project deliveries and worked with the tile installers, contractors, and plumbers. She loves SPLASH’s Signature Select cabinetry for full custom work, and the timeless beauty of Armac Martin’s decorative grilles, Palmer shelves, and integrated brass rails. Her most meaningful project was redesigning her grandfather’s kitchen. For Taylor, a glass of wine and a paintbrush in hand is the recipe for a perfect evening, one that’s only made better by having her Australian Shepherd, Beau, by her side.
