A true professional in the world of bath and plumbing design, she’s known for her deep product knowledge and personable style. She’s passionate about making bathrooms feel as well-designed as any other room in the home. She loves the elegance of Hansgrohe’s luxury line, Axor, and has a soft spot for the Urquiola faucet. An early riser, Janice is a proud mom of four children and four adorable grandchildren. She loves her family, shopping, and sports. Incidentally, she thinks she’d be a great sports announcer if design wasn’t her calling.

During her 25 years in the kitchen and bath industry, Sunshine has worked on everything from billing to showroom management to sales. She loves the design details that add comfort and ease, like heated floors, lighted mirrors, and well-placed grab bars. Passionate about universal design and projects that serve real, everyday needs, the most meaningful experience in her career was designing an ADA-compliant bathroom. Looking to update your kitchen? Her best advice is to go for the full-size dishwasher. Outside of work, Sunshine loves relaxing with her family, going to the gym, and sipping a coffee (with just cream!) on her beautiful front porch.

A Sales & Design consultant at SPLASH, Andrea earned her degree in Interior Design from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She describes her personal style as clean lines, modern finishes, and contemporary design. Andrea believes that kitchens and baths have endless opportunities for innovation and personalization. Her enthusiasm, positive attitude, and desire to help others are what fuel her creative process and bring her clients’ visions to life.
