Customer Experience Manager

The steady voice of SPLASH, Thom has 30 years in the customer experience industry. The liaison between SPLASH and Nicklas Supply, Thom makes sure every interaction, delivery, and detail is handled with the utmost of care. He also coordinates logistics and ensures products arrive in perfect condition. His favorite part of the job is working alongside SPLASH’s talented designers and tackling the challenges that come with complex deliveries. If he didn’t work in the customer service industry, he’d be a college baseball or softball coach or manage oversized and heavy freight in the world of logistics. Thom enjoys trips to the beach with his wife, kids, and their mini goldendoodle Wrigley.

Cranberry Assistant Manager

Originally from Southern California, Dena is the Cranberry assistant manager and the welcoming face of the Cranberry Township Showroom. She enjoys greeting guests, learning about kitchen and bath design, and connecting with people from all walks of life. She lives by Proverbs 3:5-6 and proudly brings that faith to everything she does.

Customer Experience/Tile

Susie works behind the scenes keeping the tile department running, ensuring all tile orders are accurate, organized, and prepped. Her favorite showroom product is StoneImpressions tile because the materials combine timeless quality with personality. Her most memorable project involved custom tile throughout a client’s entire home and pool area. She loves working at SPLASH because of the people, the mission, and the shared passion for getting things right. The verse “And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men,” guides her through everything she does. Susie believes a space should truly reflect the homeowner, not just trends, and she works hard to ensure those spaces are created for every client. Outside of work, Susie enjoys Latin dancing, volunteering, and sharing dad jokes with everyone she meets.

Showroom Manager

The showroom manager at SPLASH, Josh brings 15 years of experience across the kitchen and bath, furniture, and merchandising industries, providing a strong foundation in space planning, customer consultation, and functional aesthetics. He also has over a decade’s worth of knowledge in the furniture world, where he led visual merchandising, developed curated product collections, and traveled globally to source distinctive materials and pieces. He loves antique pieces and believes every item should tell a story, whether it’s a vintage find or a selected faucet or fixture. Josh prioritizes functionality alongside beauty, saying, “Design should make life easier. Every choice, big or small, should serve both form and purpose.” An intentional, collaborative leader, Josh feels proudest when he’s helping team members grow in their roles and thrive in their careers. Outside of work, he enjoys shopping for antiques, restoring old furniture, and daydreaming of the coastal bed-and-breakfast he’ll someday own.

As the SPLASH sales manager, Ben has a background in marketing and years of hands-on experience. He joined the team in 2016 and strives to drive growth across Nicklas Supply and SPLASH.

Started in the showroom as a Tile Specialist in 2013. Kristin has a passion for our SPLASH's extensive product lines, a special place in her heart for tile, and is on a mission to further the name of SPLASH.

Human Resources Director

The HR director at SPLASH and Nicklas Supply, Michelle has 25 years of experience in human resources and a strong background in retail. She was drawn to SPLASH because it’s locally owned and operated, perfectly sized to offer opportunity, yet close-knit enough to feel like family. She loves the showroom’s beautiful tile selections and the entire kitchen from the Collier Township vignette. A former volleyball player, Michelle loves spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs, Remy and Tucker. Although she’s new to billiards, she’s already competed in Vegas and loves to challenge the status quo. "If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got."

Mark is the president of SPLASH and Nicklas Supply and brings decades of experience to the team. He leads with a servant’s heart and truly believes that caring for people is the foundation of success.

As a Kitchen Buyer, Martha brings a lifetime of commitment to the SPLASH design team. She feels the SPLASH team is truly family, and supports kitchen purchasing with precision and compassion.

First Impressions Specialist

Ton’yell is the first impressions specialist at the Bridgeville Collier SPLASH Showroom. She greets every customer with a warm welcome as they embark on their kitchen and bathroom project journey. Showroom projects and sewing feed Ton’yell’s creativity. In fact, her love for sewing inspired her to create her own one-of-a-kind kimono collection.

First Impressions Specialist

Jennifer is a SPLASH first impression specialist. For her, every customer interaction is driven by her passion for people and service. In her role, she supports colleagues, welcomes clients with a smile, and connects customers with the right designer for their project. Jennifer truly loves life. She’s a ballet dancer and has over 30 years of experience playing the cello.
