Caroline kicked off her career in the kitchen and bath industry after graduating from Towson University in 2018. As SPLASH’s Tile Specialist, she has a passion for customizing tile for individual spaces, guiding clients through the endless array of colors, textures, and patterns. She loves using organic materials and the layered warmth and old-world style they bring to a space. Terracotta flooring, rich marble mosaics, and patinaed finishes are all at the top of design list. When she’s not helping clients design their dream spaces, you’ll find her enjoying quiet nights in with her cat, Fernando, spending time with her family, and enjoying delicious brunches at her favorite spot, Mediterra.

Cranberry Plumbing Specialist

Cindy joined SPLASH in 1992 after interviewing for a Plumbing Sales position. She was hired two hours after that interview. While she started on the plumbing side, she now works her magic with mirrors, medicine cabinets, lighting, and accessories. Cindy has hundreds of product codes memorized and can identify any faucet with her eyes closed. Her favorite showroom product is the Moen Velocity Showerhead, and she loves the BainUltra tub for the gentle therapies it offers. Cindy’s design style is practical and polished. She loves bold combos and mixed metals – matte black with brushed brass or polished chrome with gunmetal are her go-to's. Before meeting with clients, she asks them to look for inspiration on social media or in magazines to get a feel for their own style. When she’s not helping clients design their dream baths, she’s Netflixing and chilling with her husband and their two golden retrievers, Isable Faith and Sophia Grace.

Sandy brings creative vision, technical precision, and attention to detail to every kitchen and bath project she touches. Fluent in French, she’s an avid traveler and truly appreciates how history and culture influence design. Sandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design.

Lyndsey knew early on that she wanted to be an interior designer when she grew up, writing it down in a notebook when she was in grade school. Years later, she followed her dreams and became just that, earning an interior design degree from West Virginia University. With over a decade of experience in the kitchen and bath industry, Lyndsey’s been an integral part of full-scale remodels, project drawings, and showroom curation. Lyndsey is currently working on her CKD (Certified Kitchen Designer through NKBA). When she’s not pulling together beautiful design ideas for her clients, she's spending time with her husband, daughters, and their two beloved dogs.

When Maria was a little girl, she visited one of SPLASH’s Showrooms with her older sister and vividly remembers the front bathroom vignette, telling her that one day she'd work here and “design bathrooms like THAT.” Fast forward to today, and dreams do come true! Maria is a seasoned Kitchen and Bath designer, working towards her CKD (certified Kitchen and Bath Designer through NKBA) who has assisted with designing vignettes for three SPLASH locations. With 16 years of design experience under her belt, Maria knows the value of good installation and is known by her colleagues as a true problem solver and team player. Her go-to design products are Artistic Tile for statement pieces and SPLASH’s Signature Select line for custom cabinetry. A mom of four, Maria keeps herself busy outside of work, too, coaching her daughter’s softball team and making frequent trips to Kennywood with her family.

Olivia joined the SPLASH team as a Design Intern in 2023 while earning her Interior Design degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Growing up, her father was a contractor, and his advice stuck with her over the years – “if you’re going to do it, do it the right way.” Olivia brings that same attitude to every project she takes on. She’s positive, joyful, and loves helping clients select shower systems, tubs, and vanities. A self-described nature lover, Olivia would love to visit every national park in the country, and bring along her faithful hiking buddy, her dog, Zion.
